Kent Bed and Breakfast. Southgate Little Fowlers is a 300 year old Grade II listed country house set in beautiful gardens and countryside in  Hawkhurst near Cranbrook. Situated in a very central location in the Weald of Kent near the East Sussex border. Awarded an AA 5-Star Premier status for all round excellence as a Bed and Breakfast establishment, Southgate is just a few minutes walk from the historic village of Hawkhurst in Kent and close to Cranbroo

Our Hawkhurst B&B is an ideal base to visit the many attractions that surround us. Bed and Breakfast is close to Rye, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Tenterden, Battle, Canterbury and Bewl for Lapland. Beautiful country walks at  Bedgebury,  Bewl,  Scotney,  Bodiam Castle and many  National Trust shops and restaurants remain open during the winter. During other seasons, worthy of a visit are Great Dixter House and Gardens in East Sussex and Sissinghurst Castle Garden in Kent.
