London/Kent Builder. We are a building and construction company specialising in new builds, home extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments in southeast London and northwest Kent for residential and commercial properties. J & S Builders and Contractors Ltd have been incorporated since 2000 and a Limited Company since 2008.

We manage the complete development works from architect plans through to completion - organising contractors for specialist tasks where necessary ensuring quality control and works completed to plan within timescales.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, the National House Building Corporation (NHBC) and are Construction Line registered for Local Authority work.
